ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Vanessa!
I'm a Yoga Teacher in Tampa, FL, with certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, LYT Yoga Method and Trauma Informed Yoga. I teach yoga through the lens of functional movement and strength building, so that when you step on your mat you can feel balanced and supported. I strive to create a space where any and all are welcome and a place where you can belong.
The Yoga Room classes are all taught virtually without losing any of the quality of an in-person practice. Each class is intelligently sequenced to cultivate core integration, build strength and create more mobility. You will move in a variety of ways as I guide you through balancing postures and dynamic sequencing and moments of mindfulness.
