This 60 min Yoga Nidra practice will help you fully relax and tune in with your inner experience. This meditation offers you a chance to unwind your tension, slow the mind and the brain waves to access restorative "sleep like" states.
Vanessa joins forces with Kelli Foerster, a Functional Medicine Nutritionist to share with you the power of nourishment for our bodies through movement, nutrition and intuitive eating in a 90 minute virtual workshop.
Hi, I'm Vanessa!
I'm a Yoga Teacher in Tampa, FL, with certifications in Vinyasa Yoga, LYT Yoga Method and Trauma Informed Yoga. I teach yoga through the lens of functional movement and strength building, so that when you step on your mat you can feel balanced and supported. I strive to create a space where any and all are welcome and a place where you can belong.
The Yoga Room classes are all taught virtually without losing any of the quality of an in-person practice. Each class is intelligently sequenced to cultivate core integration, build strength and create more mobility. You will move in a variety of ways as I guide you through balancing postures and dynamic sequencing and moments of mindfulness.
