Yoga for Climbers is evolving from a weekly gym class into an online virtual community and library. For the past three years you’ve met me on the mat for Flow & Restore and Functional Yoga for Climbers, and together we’ve honed the skills that bridge the gap between the mat and the wall.
You’ve seen the impact of this work on your climbing and your daily life—moving with less pain, more confidence, and a new level of skill and precision. Now, I am taking those core principles and building a digital platform to ensure that the capacity you’ve built continues to grow.
No more fighting traffic to make it to class or letting a limited schedule dictate your progress.
You’ll have the yoga classes you love, movement education, mobility, and meditation right in your pocket, ready whenever—and wherever—you are. I’m rolling up my sleeves to build a foundation that supports your life on and off the climbing wall, so you can keep refining your movement, building your strength, avoiding injury, and finding your flow.
