Through a therapeutic lens, I help you mobilize and strengthen your body to alleviate chronic pain and correct structural imbalances. These sessions are 100% tailored to your unique needs and may include functional strength and mobility training, postural analysis, guided soft tissue work, or restorative breathwork (pranayama).
By merging my trauma-informed approach with biomechanics, Functional Movement and Vinyasa Flow, I create a space that nurtures both body and spirit. Together, we’ll move beyond the physical—learning how to breathe deeply, find your playfulness, and embrace the power of rest.
Whether you’re pre-natal/postpartum, rehabbing an injury, building sustainable strength or seeking a sanctuary from stress, I offer both in-person sessions in the St. Pete/Tampa area and virtual sessions via Zoom.
